What is a Goldmark Gift Card?

The Goldmark Gift Card is a pre-paid card. The available amount to spend is limited to the amount placed on the card, initially at the time of purchasing. A Goldmark Gift Card is more convenient and more exciting than giving cash and has a top-up facility so the available amount to spend may be increased or added to.

Is the Goldmark Gift Card like a credit card?

No, the available amount to spend is limited to the amount placed on the card. It does not have a line of credit.

Are Goldmark Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?

Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination by visiting your nearest Goldmark store. If you are purchasing a Gift Card online they are available in $50, $100 and $200 denominations

Can a Goldmark Gift Card be used immediately after purchasing?

Once purchased, a Goldmark Gift Card can be used immediately.

Does my Goldmark Gift Card expire?

Yes it does. A Goldmark Gift Card is valid for use for 2 years from the date of purchase or until the Expiry Date noted on the Card, whichever is earlier.

Can I redeem my Goldmark Gift Card for cash?

No. Your Goldmark Gift Card may be redeemed for Goldmark products and services only.

Can I return a product that was purchased using a Goldmark Gift card?

Yes, as long as you provide the Goldmark receipt or Exchange Card within 28 days of purchase AND the goods must be in an unworn and new condition. We will then credit you with a new Goldmark Gift Card. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

What is the cost of purchasing an Goldmark Gift Card?

The only cost to you, when purchasing a Goldmark Gift Card instore, is the amount you choose to place on the Gift Card, or a delivery cost if purchased online.

What is the return policy on a Goldmark Gift Card?

Goldmark Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products and services at any Goldmark store nationwide.

Can I add to the balance on my Goldmark Gift Card?

Yes, the great thing about a Goldmark Gift Card is that it can be topped up. Just visit one of our stores and present your card and a Sales Assistant will assist you to reload your card.

Can I use more than one Goldmark Gift Card to make a purchase?

Yes. You can use multiple Gift Cards to make a purchase and you can also combine a Gift Card redemption with other forms of payment (e.g. cash or EFTPOS).

Who do I contact with questions about an Goldmark Gift Card?

Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the available amount to spend, and any unused amount will remain as a credit balance on the Card. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the available amount to spend, you simply need to pay the excess using another payment method.

How does my jewellery arrive?

Every purchase from the Goldmark online website comes beautifully packaged in an Goldmark box. Perfect for a gift or a treat for yourself.

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders of $50 or more. All orders under $50 will incur a postage and handling fee of $5.00 which will appear on your order summary during the check-out process.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box address?

No, we do not delivery to a P.O. Box address, as all our couriers are signature required.

How do I know what the status is of my order?

Once your order has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you. You should expect to receive an email with a track and trace number once your order is picked and ready for dispatch.

Can I have goods sent to an overseas address?

We do not currently dispatch orders to addresses outside of New Zealand.

Can the parcel be left on my door step if I am not home?

Sorry, no. We operate a secure order process from start to finish, and all our deliveries are based on obtaining a signature at the time of delivery. Our courier drivers will not leave a parcel at your doorstep if no one is able to sign for it.
