Gift Exchange and Returns Policy

At Goldmark, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Goldmark is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for a Goldmark gift card if returned within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange body jewellery (nose studs, belly bars, labrets or eye brow body jewellery).

Please use one of the following return methods:

Free Return to Store:

  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (Please bring your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
  • Find your local Goldmark store

Return to Webstore:

  • Firstly please contact us on info@goldmark.net.nz or call us on (09) 307 2483 to start the return process.
  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Including your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
  • Return product to the following address:

Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not be altered or tampered with in any way.

Goldmark will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).
